General House Cleaning:
Vacuuming floors and carpets, mopping hard floors, dusting surfaces and furniture, wiping down benchtops, cleaning mirrors, emptying bins, tidying living areas.
Kitchen Cleaning:
Washing dishes or loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping down kitchen surfaces, cleaning sink, stovetop cleaning, microwave cleaning, organizing kitchen, checking food expiry dates.
Bathroom Cleaning:
Cleaning toilet, basin, and shower/bath, wiping mirrors, mopping bathroom floor, restocking toilet paper and supplies, maintaining bathroom hygiene.
Bedroom Cleaning:
Changing bed linen, making beds, dusting bedroom furniture, vacuuming bedroom, organizing bedroom tidily, maintaining comfortable sleeping space.
Laundry Area:
Organizing laundry supplies, wiping down laundry surfaces, cleaning laundry sink, maintaining clean laundry space.

What to Expect from Domestic / Home Cleaning Support
First Visit:
Understanding your cleaning priorities, discussing your preferences, learning your home layout, establishing cleaning routine together, respecting your standards.
Regular Visits:
Scheduled cleaning (weekly, fortnightly, as needed), consistent thorough cleaning, following agreed routines, adjusting to changing needs, maintaining your home standards.
Service Limitations
For safety and insurance reasons, we typically don’t:
Heavy lifting or furniture moving, climbing ladders or heights, window cleaning above ground level, carpet shampooing (specialist service), outdoor cleaning or gardening, repairs or maintenance work.

How often can you clean?

Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Usually yes, we use your preferred products. If you have allergies or preferences, we accommodate. We can advise on products if needed.
What if I want to help with cleaning?
Wonderful! We encourage your involvement at whatever level you’re comfortable. We work alongside you, not instead of you.
Will you throw things away?
Never without your explicit permission. We respect your belongings and ask before discarding anything.
Can you do deep cleaning?
We focus on regular maintenance cleaning. For deep cleaning (carpet shampooing, etc.), we can help coordinate specialist services.
What if I’m particular about how things are done?
Perfect! Tell us exactly how you want things done. We’re here to clean your home your way.
Do you bring cleaning equipment?
We can use your vacuum and equipment, or bring our own if you prefer. We discuss this when planning.
Can you clean while I’m out?
If you’re comfortable giving us access, yes. Many clients prefer being home, others prefer us to clean while they’re out. Your choice.
How much does domestic cleaning cost?
Depends on funding. Support at Home Program: Covered. Home Care Packages: Included. NDIS: Covered if approved. DVA: Covered for eligible veterans. Private: Hourly rate. Contact us for details.
