We discuss preferred reminder method (phone call, visit, written note). Most clients prefer phone reminder day before plus morning of appointment.
Can you attend appointments with me?
If you’d like accompaniment, yes. That’s our Transport and Accompanying service which works alongside appointment scheduling.
What if I want to cancel or reschedule?
Just tell us and we’ll contact the provider to reschedule. We ensure proper notice to avoid cancellation fees.
How do you track my appointments?
We use appointment calendar (wall calendar, diary, or digital system-your preference). We keep it updated and accessible.
What if appointments conflict?
We identify conflicts when booking and reschedule one appointment. We coordinate to minimize multiple trips when possible.
Can you get appointment results for me?
We can help you request results from your doctor. For pathology results, we can help you contact the clinic or doctor’s office.
What about regular medication appointments?
